The Health Mart Healthy Living Tour is a national diabetes awareness and health screening tour focused on the role of pharmacists partnering in diabetes care. At each tour visit, we provide complimentary blood pressure, blood glucose and total cholesterol screenings (as well as HbA1c tests for select, “at risk” patients) to pharmacy patrons and community members.
